ConocoPhillips will donate $500 for every 20 hours an employee or retiree volunteers with HutchCares. Additionally, teams of four or more employees or retirees volunteering at least 40 hours on a specific project (such as a ramp) may apply for a team grant of $1000 to an eligible organization (like HutchCares).
